UNDERSTANDING SURVEYS


welcome to my blog. this time I give an explanation about the survey, the purpose of the survey and the types of surveys. Here I will give an example of a survey in the form of a Google form. How is the explanation?.. just see my explanation.


1.       1. Definition

A complete independent survey or survey is a primary data collection method by asking questions to each respondent. So it can be concluded that a survey is a method for collecting information from groups that represent a population: a large number of respondents.


2. Survey Purposes

-  Collecting data is simple.

-  Explain or explain (study a phenomenon).

-  Presenting data from research objects,

-  And interpret and analyze it systematically.


 3. Survey Benefits

·        To obtain facts from existing symptoms.

·        Seeking factual information from a group, area, etc.

·        Evaluate and compare things that have been done by other people in dealing with similar things.

·        Conducted on a number of individuals/units either by census or by sample.

·        The results are for planning and decision making


1.       4. Type-Type Of Survey

- Personal Survey. Survey conducted privately and not published.

-  Omnibus Survey. Several short surveys are combined into a questionnaire and generally carried out on a regular basis.

-  Advocacy Survey. Oversight to fight for a problem.

-  Internal Poll. Self-administered poll.

-  In-House Poll. Interviews were conducted at the respondent's house.

- Quick Count. Information gathering activities regarding the election process and vote acquisition carried out by volunteers through direct observation at selected TPS.

-  Exit Polls. Supervision is carried out immediately after voters leave the polling place (TPS).


 5. Survey Example

From the survey results above, it can be seen that 83.6% of parents or 610 respondents answered that the role of the teacher cannot be replaced with technology.

• Community Satisfaction Survey. This survey is also called IKM (Community Satisfaction Index), which is held by institutions or organizations such as courts, pukesman, civil registry and others.

• Public Opinion Survey. It is an activity to find out public opinion on issues related to public problems, and this effort is carried out through a study.


6. Doing survey 


Result 

This report is the result of my survey about the game of football. This study allows us to know about football. We voiced a group (23) of youth from different social levels. When we ask Where does the game of football come from? The answer is that only China (39.1%) managed to answer. next question, here's another name for football is? The answer is Soccer only (65.2%) who managed to answer. the next question, How long is the game of football? The answer is 2 × 45 minutes, there are (87%) successful answers. The next question, How many teams are in a soccer match? The answer is 11 looks (100%) all managed to answer it. The next question, what is the break time in a soccer game? The answer is 15 minutes there (82.6%) who managed to answer.
